The deadline for contributing to INDEX to document works in 2011 has now passed, but we will reopen submissions in April of 2012. The following remains our submission guidelines, should you be interested in reading them before then:

1. You will be asked to submit an image and a written description of a performance work which you enacted in 2011. The work must have been actually performed at least once.

         2. The description should be authored by the creator(s) of the work.

3. Authors are asked to focus on the problem or issue the work was made to address, and on the aspects of the performance which addressed those issues, rather than describing the experience of watching the performance. To view examples, click here.

4. Along with your submission, you must include your name and a way for us to contact you. You will be contacted by our editorial staff after we receive your text. If we can't contact you, we will not be able to publish your submission.

5. When you click the button below, you will be taken to a page where you can enter your image, text, and information online.
